6 年Geoff Koboldt SPN?Great way to get focused on the mindset we desire. Why do we get distracted from that set path? Mobile to switch off to remind those values. Alternatively we can set alarms at preset times to remind us on a task, not necessarily to wake up only. Choose your attitude as soon as we get up and stick with it. Regards
